The mud flats at Conneaut Harbor in Ohio is one of many stop overs for migrating shore birds. Because of it easy access and ability to drive right up to the mud flat many artists and photographers can be seen photographing during Spring and Fall migration. You can if need be lay on the ground to photograph these delightful shore birds. For us it is a wonderful opportunity to observe up close while they feed and prepare for their long journeys in the Spring and Fall.
